We waterproofed five different roofs of a home in Yzerfontein ahead of the installation of solar panels.
Our client planned to install solar panels on most of the roofs of their home. Our first step was therefore to waterproof the roofs with 4mm torch-on. After the solar panel contractors placed their brackets on the roofs, we waterproofed again. To protect the torch-on, we completed the process with Silver Coat.
We also spruced up the client’s wooden deck with 2 coats of varnish. This will also prolong the longevity of the wood.
