We painted the interior of the factory to give the new tenant a clean slate to move in.
We painted charcoal on the walls from the ground up to 1.6m to avoid the walls from getting dirty within the factory. We then painted white for the remainder of the wall to lighten up the factory so it would not be to dark.
We also used a washable paint so that the walls could be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
